A new project
For an application built from scratch, Karqen first clarifies your needs with you, then presents a clear offer tailored to you.

Describe your request
Write what you need in your own words and attach any documents, screenshots or sample files. No technical language needed.

Get your free preliminary offer
You see the estimated timeline and budget range right away. The preliminary offer is free and non-binding.

Discovery
Karqen's discovery assistant talks with you in your language: users, screens, data and business rules become clear, and a detailed project report is prepared. You review it and ask for revisions if needed. Discovery comes at a very reasonable fee, deducted from the project price once you approve the project.

Offer and agreement
The final offer, reviewed by our team, arrives in your panel with scope, timeline and payment plan. You accept the agreement right in the panel.

Development
Specialist agents break the work into tasks, build and test it. Every task moves across your board and comes to you for review when it is done.

Delivery and warranty
Your working application is delivered. For 60 days after delivery, bugs are fixed free of charge; after that you can continue development with a subscription.
Your existing project
Keep developing your live product with a plan, and request new features and changes whenever you need them.

Connect your project
Connect your GitHub repository; Karqen analyses its structure, architecture and code quality and puts a summary in your panel.

Write your request
A new feature, a change or a bug. Karqen breaks the request into tasks and estimates the SP.

Approve the estimate
Once you approve an estimate, it is not renegotiated. Large requests are reviewed by our team before work starts.

Tasks move across your board; when each one is done you review it, approve it or send it back with your note.

Rules that keep you safe
You decide
No work counts as done until you approve it. If you do not respond to a task within 5 business days, it is deemed accepted under the agreement; the panel and email remind you beforehand.
Bugs are always free
Anything that does not match the report or the acceptance criteria is fixed free of charge, without using up your revision rounds.
Our experts step in when needed
If a step does not go as expected, the process stops and our team steps in. You do not need to do anything.
Your assistant is always there
Ask the project assistant anything about your project. If a change is needed it proposes one; the decision always stays with you.
