Yes. The factory keeps no office hours; work you leave in the evening moves on through the night. Whenever something needs your approval, you are notified in the panel and by email.

No. Describing your needs in your own words is enough. Karqen asks you questions in your language, and technical decisions are made by specialist agents and our team.

Web applications, mobile apps, desktop applications, APIs and integration services. You can also ask us to develop your existing project.

Yes. The preliminary offer is free and comes with no commitment. You see the estimated timeline and budget range, and you decide whether to continue.

Discovery is the stage where we clarify your needs for a project built from scratch: users, screens, data and business rules are defined together, and a detailed project report is prepared. That way the offer rests on a clear scope, not on guesswork.

Discovery comes at a very reasonable fee, deducted from the project price once you approve the project.

The live board in your panel shows where each task is, in real time. You are notified in the panel and by email about anything that needs your approval.

Send it back with your note. Every task comes with 2 free revision rounds, and anything that does not match the report or the acceptance criteria is always fixed free of charge.

If you do not respond to a task within 5 business days, it is deemed accepted under the agreement. The panel and email remind you before the time runs out.

Every piece of work is tested, goes through security and quality review, is checked by our experts and is finally presented for your approval. After delivery, bugs are fixed free of charge for 60 days.

An SP (story point) measures the size of a piece of work. Karqen breaks every request into tasks and estimates the SP; an estimate you approve never changes. The SP in your plan is shared across all your projects.

By bank transfer against a proforma invoice. Subscriptions are paid at the start of each period; new projects 40% on agreement, 30% at the interim milestone and 30% on final delivery. Prices exclude VAT.

Yes. You can freeze your subscription for 1–3 months once per period. Cancellation applies at the end of the period, and you keep all your rights until then. Periods that have started are not refunded.

No. External service costs such as servers, domains, third-party APIs, SMS, email and payment infrastructure are not included in the plans.

The source code stays in private repositories under Karqen's control; the right to use the working application is yours. If you want the source code handed over to you, this is priced separately.

Every customer's data is kept apart, every project is built and tested in an isolated environment, and secrets are never written to logs. You can export your data whenever you like. Details are on our security page and in our privacy notice.
