What is an SP?
An SP (story point) measures the size and complexity of a piece of work. The SP in your plan is the development capacity you can use in that period.
For every request, Karqen breaks the work into tasks and estimates the SP. You approve the estimate, and an approved estimate never changes afterwards.
Good to know
- Prices exclude VAT.
- Payments are made by bank transfer against a proforma invoice, at the start of each period.
- External service costs such as servers, domains, third-party APIs, SMS, email and payment infrastructure are not included.
- Mini packages are one-off; unused SP expires when the package ends.
- Custom SLA needs are scoped and priced separately.
